All course materials, videos (streamed via Bunny.net), and live sessions (streamed via LiveKit) are the exclusive intellectual property of bairoot.ai. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view this content for personal educational purposes.

• You may not download, scrape, distribute, or share course materials.
• You may not share your account credentials (BetterAuth session tokens are monitored).

4. Termination

bairoot.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account (USER role) at any time, without refund, if you violate these Terms, including attempting to pirate content or disrupt our platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

The platform and courses are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, bairoot.ai and its administrators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
